SOCRATIC BRIEF — Format + Output Lock
Nothing enters the pipeline without a locked brief. Winston asks until ambiguity is zero. Gate G0 is the OUTPUT of this stage — not the start of it.
🤖 Winston (orchestrator) 📘 brainstorming 📘 writing-plans ⚙️ Claude
Socratic Questions (must answer all)
1. What is the format? (sizzle / explainer / talking-head / screen-demo / trailer)
2. What is the duration? (15s / 30s / 60s / 90s / custom)
3. Who is the audience? (specific, named if possible)
4. What is the single message? (one sentence, no conjunctions)
5. What is the call to action? (what should they do after watching)
6. What assets exist? (footage, logos, music, voice)
7. Which pipeline? (DaVinci assembly / OpenMontage / full agentic / hybrid)
8. What does done look like? (deliverable format + destination)

⚠️ Dispatch Map Escalation Trigger: When 2+ agents run concurrently per stage, or agent handoffs require complex routing logic, Winston will flag the need for a separate Agent Dispatch Map. Until then, this SOP is the single source of truth.
